Be vewy vewy quiet. I'm hunting yeast. I do believe the net isn't working . So lets try growing the little buggers! I am broke, like most young people, but I have water, AP flour and some orange juice, so I have started 2 starters, following 2 different techniques. Both recommended starting with rye flour but as mentioned, I'm broke! So ya....
In jar one, we have 2 Tablespoons of orange juice mixed with 2 tablespoons of AP flour
In the little bowl we have 1/4 cup flour mixed with 1/8 cup water
Lets see what we grow!
