Moto G and Birthdays

Ok, so as you may remember from other ranting, I had to upgrade from my old trusty iPhone 4, and decided to get a Moto G from motorola. I like it, quite a bit actually, except for one thing, the screen goes BATSHIT CRAZY sometimes. Its like a ghost is tapping on the right side of my screen blindly, and it opens apps, dials my mother and Handsome Gentleman Friend and sends one letter texts and basically tries to kill itself. Lucky for me I keep the boxes for everything because Im a hoarder and so its getting mailed back and i get a new one under warranty. Until then Im sorry if I accidentally call you and or text you gibberish.

This weekend was my handsome sexy amazing man's birthday! (happy birthday Handsome). Saturday we had a great party, with a small but amazing group who brought more food and drinks then we could have ever asked for. We talked and laughed and had a good time, and Handsome drank 4 Liters of beer (a liter less then last year mind you). We had a great time. Also I made Scotch Eggs and Brownies, and if you never have made either of those then I recommend you do that. now.

Yesterday was his actual birthday but his girlfriend is a broke bitch so she couldn't do anything spectacular. We did go over to Berkeley to a new brewery Field Work, which is a cool little place who happened to be having a donut and beer pairing. Their New Orleans coffee stout is delightful!! After that we had some fast Chinese at Chef's then headed back to his place to hang out in our underpants and watch movies. One of the great movies we watched was for my italian class, called Demons. Its a 1980's horror movie, so if your into that sort of thing, make sure this is on your list!! Its about a group of people who go to a free movie, get locked in the theater and get killed and possessed by demons. the special effects are pretty awesome, and while there is some gore its 1980's gore... so i only covered my eyes like 4 times.

I feel guilty because Handsome is really amazing and so good to me, and Im not in a position to do the same. I mean, i am damned good to him sure, lol but he whisks me away on trips and pays my phone bill and all i can do is make him some art and some lunch with stuff he bought. soon. soon i wanna make enough to help out the people  love. 

Life and Times!

Sorry for the laspe in posting!! Its been an adventuring week!! also I have been picking up extra shifts at work before classes start and adventuring with the Gentleman Friend...

We've been dating a year or so now.... Weird...

Anywho, works been slow, and a coworker wants me fired, one of the new people. Turns out my rants about Critical Mass- the ASSHATS who ran me down- got to this new member of the team.. who is a member and horrifyingly offended.... and instead of talking to me, the manager or what, went strait to HR. Oh well, HR likes me, and Asshats will be Asshats. (hhhmmmm seems a lot of the great Adam Carolla's comments on these Narsicists appears to have just been validated!!)

Last weekend instead of blogging or watching foosball GF took me down to Fort Point, a civil war era fort UNDER THE GOLDEN GATE! Ya its really there, and it was civil war days.

The pets are all well, Kitler has been granted another week of not being turned into a slipper and Pickles is an angel, Cooper is bored, he may need some toys... and my cell case came!! :D

So my last little thing, on the train, it was crazy packed. Standing room only and a RAGING asshat was ignoring EVERYONE, including the elderly and aking two seats. people tried to ask for a seat and she never even looked up from her phone so I snapped a photo of her narciscism.... What a raging C-word, and btw making a HORRIBLE name for heavier people, who may have let the old people sit... I gave up my seat BTW and stood next to her, bumping her at every chance I could, cause im also a C-bag....

Gearing up for Bacon Day- Part Deux!! and Food Pics

Im busy looking over recipes and thinking about what new to debute this time around. :D So exciting!!

So after 1.5 years I may be getting interwebs at the house again.. Got a promo offer from my old interwebs company who say its available in my area finally... When I moved in before it wasnt. Not sure but $20 a month wouldnt be bad at all, and I could blog in my underpants :3 Something that would be awkward at local coffee shop.

Well, I lost my phone for the first time EVER. Of course it was that fanciest phone of phones I have ever owned, my iPhone... uuuggghhh.. And of course the insurance is useless, and they wanted to charge me $200 instead of $100 to replace it... and i would have to wait 4 days... Instead I took my moms BF's upgrade, since I pay for his phone (as payment for that LOVELY transmission he installed in my beautiful Darlene). It worked out, $70 later after tax and upgrade fee's. They wanted $50 for a case for iphone 4 and I told them Ninja PLEASE.... No really but I wanted to. Instead im trying to be extra carefull and ordered from china the GREATEST CELL CASE EVER!!

Its called Turtle Dinosaur case... Oh China.... Basically it was $2 and free shipping, looks like it has as much protection as an Otterbox and is ridiculous!! I also ordered a Otterbox Defender knock off for $2... just have to be careful till next month when the slow ass shipping comes... I REALLY wanted a silicone Pikachu, but no one had one! Disapointment China, king of knock offs! BTW there are also owls and penguins... join me in being a grown up.

Sunday we celebraed Marisol's Bday!! :D OMG 25, such a baby.. I mean.. old maid... uughhh Im old, lol!! Anyways, went to Chevy's with Gentleman Friend and he co-workers. BTW turn any ethnicity into Mexican with a sombrero!!

So Tuesday night we had INVENTORY! OMG... 8:30 pm to 4:45 am at corporate job.... We got pretty silly, including a slipper fight, getting vegitarians to eat meat and ingesting mountains of cola. I made Chili for our Potluck, and ate myself silly.

But we got 100% accuracy on our department, and  managed to not have to go count socks, omg Shoes is the best deptartment really... plus the fact my co workers are insane, like yours truely.

Yesterday Fashion Rachel and I headed to the Mission and picked up some cheap fabric to make work dresses out of! OMG yay!!! For like $13 I got enough to make almost 3 dresses... Rachels going to teach me to sew and use her surger... oh to have fashion design friends :) After a few hours of playing in Discount Fabrics we headed to a little mexican place for one of the best burrito's I've had in a long time.

New Phone!

Yay!! Im gunna miss my old phone, my little Pantech. It lived a long, wonderful life, never letting me down and will be well cared for as a back up. I had to renew the contract so in addition I got to upgrade my phone after 2 years so I did. I gave in and got an iPhone. I have been resisting, but they were .99 so even with tax and a cover, cheapest. And my phone plan is staying the same (was gunna save $10 a month, but iphone is an extra 10 so even steven). It does have a Blogger app, so I can update more regularly hopefully!! also, perhaps pictures will be better. Im ambivolent about it though.

Schools been rough, and the online system keeps failing. I may have missed my midterm online if it didnt send which is ONLY 10% of my GRADE!!! Fu...... .. . . ... . . Anywho, what ever. Whats done is done. Color and design is going. I need to adhere to the teacher a bit more and do what he likes, but he cant really mark me down for doing the project in my own esthetic. but ill do better if I do his... :( grrr politics. So on Monday ate at a wonderful food truck called Mustard Mayo. We had headed out to try and find the food truck Bacon Bacon for a bacon grilled cheese, but their times were wrong on the website. (Arg... I hate that, pet peeve!!) but lucky we ended up eating DELIGHTFUL tritip sandwiches. :) They had perfect tritip, with some jalapeno, sweet peppers, wasabi mayo, grilled onions and more. the flavors are complex yet combine perfectly :) Sorry, slid into annoying essay format there.

So at local coffee shop, and they are debuting a wonderful fruit and green coffee drink. I enjoy the lime one, but honestly havnt tried the berry one yet. and DAMN this place is packed.

So, Gentleman Friend is once again the most AMAZING man in the HISTORY OF THE UNIVERSE. Not only are we heading to see Pat Benetar and the Steve Miller band tomorrow!! (and a Japanese street fair AND possibly the Winchester mystery house, and smashed pennies for sure ;) ) but he also may have tickets for ADAM LAKERS CAROLLA!!! Im a minor fan is you dont know. You may disagree, you may have a conception of his comedy, but what everyone seems to forget about comedians is that... Their COMEDIANS. Dont take their shit seriosly. I heart Ace. and my book is TOTALLY coming to be signed. and possibly the other book if I can get it. :)
